Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Subcommittee
The Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Subcommittee will research, discuss, analyze, and assess justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion issues that affect government agencies, cleared contractors, and public and private sector organizations. The subcommittee will seek to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of government, academic, and private sector organizations, and to foster more effective and secure public-private partnerships.
The subcommittee's key goals include:
- Ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent for the intelligence and national security communities
- Promoting fair and inclusive environments for the workforce
- Research and analyze JEDI-related challenges, best practices, and benchmarks for the intelligence and national security communities
