Jennifer Beatley

Jennifer Beatley is an accomplished leader who has spent her career advancing national security tradecraft and building new programs for the Intelligence Community. Jennifer is a forward-thinking business executive who has spent the last 20+ years advancing technology for National Security. 

As the Vice President of the Intelligence and Homeland Security business for Oracle, Jennifer is passionate about solving the nation’s most critical mission challenges, deepening client relationships, and leaning in to deliver cutting-edge innovative solutions.

Jennifer recently returned to Oracle after 4 years at Amazon Web Services, where she led the National Intelligence Programs, hyper-focused on delivering key customer needs through cloud adoption. Prior to her career at Oracle and AWS, she worked for Lockheed Martin where she served as a Software Engineering Director launching mission-critical systems. 

Jennifer has a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and an M.S. in Computer Science, with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management from Johns Hopkins University.
