ADM William Studeman, USN (Ret.)
Former Deputy Director, CIA and Director, NSA
Admiral William O. Studeman began his career in 1963. He served as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency – with two extended periods as acting Director of Central Intelligence – and as the Director of the National Security Agency, in addition to numerous intelligence community (IC) and Navy positions. Following his transition to the private sector Admiral Studeman served nearly a decade as vice president and general manager of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. He continues to serve on government and corporate advisory boards as a consultant, mostly on matters related to defense, intelligence, and cyber and information operations.
