On Thursday, February 8, INSA held a virtual Coffee and Conversation with Dr. Kyle Rector, Deputy Director, Office of Artificial Intelligence, CIA, and Chip Usher, Senior Director for Intelligence, Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP).
