INSA's Security Policy Reform Council released a January 2020 paper, Getting it Right: Establishing Uniform Policies for Controlled Unclassified Information that identifies nine different challenges that the National Archives' Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) must address during the implementation of the federal Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program.
