INSA Announces 2023 Achievement Award Recipients
Awardees represent breadth of intelligence and national security community with industry, government civilians, and military represented!
ARLINGTON, VA (December 21, 2022) –The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) today announced the six honorees who will receive the 2023 Achievement Awards at a February 16 ceremony at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. Established in 2010, these awards recognize outstanding early to mid-career professionals in the intelligence, national security, and homeland security communities. INSA is the leading nonpartisan organization driving public-private partnerships to advance intelligence and national security priorities.
A committee comprised of INSA’s leadership and members of its Intelligence Champions Council (ICC) selected the following recipients:

This year saw a record-breaking 132 submissions, which reflect the importance of these awards and the broad range of accomplishments from early to mid-career professionals across the IC. The 13th INSA Achievement Awards ceremony will take place Thursday, February 16, 2022, at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. The Hon. Ron Moultrie, Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security, will deliver the keynote address.
The INSA Board of Directors established the Achievement Awards to broaden public recognition of the professionals who serve U.S. intelligence, national security, and homeland security missions with distinction. Each award is named for a recipient of the William Oliver Baker Award, which INSA presents annually to an individual for their sustained contributions to U.S. intelligence and national security affairs.
