FY24 Annual Report: A Year of Impact and Progress

INSA is proud to present our FY 2024 Annual Report, which is a testament to the meaningful progress we achieved with the support of our private, public, and academic sector partners. This report highlights a year of impactful programs and policy initiatives that tackled critical intelligence and national security priorities head-on. We look forward to building on this momentum in the year to come.

Key accomplishments highlighted in the report include:

• Record-Breaking Membership: INSA welcomed 44 NEW members, a 38% increase from FY23, including 23 small business members, bringing our total to 175 corporate members!
• Engaging Events and Powerful Networking: INSA held 39 events and policy and programs, drawing over 15,000 attendees through a mix of in-person and virtual offerings. These events provided valuable opportunities for relationship building, exchanging ideas and best practices, and collaboratively strengthening the intelligence community.
• Expanded Classified Programs: INSA debuted SCIF After Hours, a NEW TS/SCI series featuring senior leaders from DIA and NGA. Both sessions quickly sold out, demonstrating the high demand for these exclusive offerings.
• Powerful Thought Leadership: INSA’s ten policy councils and subcommittees, including a NEW AI subcommittee, held 35 virtual and in-peson meetings with over 1,200 participants.
• Supporting Generation Next: The INSA Foundation awarded the NEW LtGen Vincent Stewart, USMC—Endowed Intelligence Career Pathways Scholarship, providing $10,000 to a Black or African American undergraduate. INSF now offers $60,000 in undergraduate and graduate scholarships! Additonally, INSF, GDIT and ClearanceJobs held a three-part webinar series titled, Future of the IC Workforce: Technology and Talent Transformation, which resulted in a white paper with recommended policy changes.

The FY 2024 Annual Report reinforces INSA's unique role in the intelligence and national security communities, fostering connections and delivering collaborative solutions to critical challenges.
