Alexis Kovalchick

Alexis currently serves as the Government & Public Services (GPS) Intelligence Community (IC) account growth lead at Deloitte. Over her 20+ year career, Alexis has extensive experience connecting mission and technology to driving to the right solutions for her clients. She has led business development, strategy, capture management, market intelligence and M&A in addition to large-scale implementations across multiple IC portfolios focusing on Information Technology, analytics, and Mission Services. Throughout her career, Alexis has developed a deep understanding of her client’s challenges, partnering with them to create and optimize future work transformations for their enterprise. 

As a market growth executive, Alexis is passionate about shaping more realistic and relevant enterprise technology strategies with a tailored mission focus to meet the rapidly changing federal environment. Her approach provides her clients with more nuanced and relevant capabilities to transform their technology ecosystem (engineering, software development, cyber tools and implementation, and hybrid cloud) to help them achieve decision advantage.

She live in Aldie, VA with her husband and two sons and dogs.  She is an avid lover of animals, Alabama Football, and getting to know people.
