Brigette Custer leads strategic initiatives and solution development at Unissant, focusing on the national security vertical. In this role, she accelerates the development and deployment of solutions tailored to the time-sensitive, mission-critical needs of national security agencies. For more than three decades, Brigette has served as a technology strategist and trusted advisor to executives and agency heads across the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and Federal Law Enforcement. She currently sits on the Advisory Committee for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Brigette is a staunch advocate for neurodiverse talent in the workforce, volunteering with non-profits providing a range of services and support to people with disabilities in the greater Washington, DC area. She holds a master’s degree in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a master’s Certificate in Computer Security and Information Assurance from George Washington University. Brigette is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
