Megan Jaffer

Megan Jaffer is the Co-Founder of Iron Butterfly Media, Iron Butterfly Podcast, and Iron Butterfly Foundation. Iron Butterfly empowers women and minorities to create an outsized impact in our world. Megan's background spans corporate, nonprofit, and government, and she has launched and led several organizations that support national security, including Amazing Women of the IC (AWIC), which focuses on the development of professional women serving the US national security mission, as well as INSA, Noblis NSP, and the GeoData Cooperative. Her passion is promoting the collaboration, leadership, and mentorship of women and developing diverse communities of leaders.
