Wyetta Morrow is the head of Human Resources for the Power & Controls Strategic Business Unit at Collins Aerospace, a business of RTX. She is responsible for delivering organizational and people strategies that enable business growth and transformation across a global workforce.
Prior to joining Collins Aerospace, Wyetta served as the HR lead for Raytheon’s Space and C2 business where she was responsible for partnering to deliver the workforce and talent strategy across a diverse portfolio of DoD, Intelligence, and Civil programs.
Wyetta has more than two decades of management and leadership experience where she has specialized in organizational and business transformation, leadership coaching, employee engagement, employee relations, training and career development, talent acquisition, and compensation. Since joining the company in 2007, she has taken on progressively senior roles across multiple business units and corporate functions.
Prior to joining RTX, Wyetta served as Program Manager for the UA Center for Teaching and Learning in Tuscaloosa, AL and previously as an HR Associate for Acushnet Company in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Wyetta has actively served as a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Intelligence Champions Council since 2019. She is also an active mentor with American Corporate Partners and is passionate about mentoring and supporting others cross her organization and various industries.
She received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in management, both from the University of Alabama. She is a graduate of Raytheon’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program and several executive leadership programs.
