Yolanda C. Reid is an Associate Partner at IBM, specializing in Cybersecurity, where she leads efforts in advancing cyber threat intelligence through Generative AI and pioneering Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) initiatives for the federal and military sectors. With over 25 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, including her leadership at the NSA, Yolanda has driven innovation across a range of technologies, including signals, cybersecurity, AI, and quantum. She was awarded the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal for her leadership in emerging technology efforts across multiple agencies and second-party partners. Yolanda is a strong advocate for the responsible and ethical use of emerging technologies. She holds degrees from Vanderbilt University and the University of Maryland and is completing her Ph.D. in Information Technology at Capella University, with research focused on AI adoption in the aerospace and defense industry. Yolanda is also passionate for promoting cyber careers, a proud cheer mom, and a cancer survivor dedicated to inspiring others.
